2. Reservations and Seating
Reservations: Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person. We recommend making
reservations, especially for larger parties and special events.
Seating Policy: We strive to accommodate all guests promptly. However, during peak hours, there may
be a wait time. Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
3. Ordering and Payment
Menu: Our menu is available online and at the restaurant. Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.
Special Requests: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special requests when placing your
order. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.

4. Takeout and Delivery
Ordering: Takeout and delivery orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person. Delivery is subject to
a delivery fee based on distance.
Delivery Area: We deliver within 20 miles from our location. Delivery times may vary based on demand
and traffic conditions.
Order Accuracy: Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies, contact us
immediately.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Reservations: To cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so
may result in a cancellation fee.
Orders: Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Refunds for cancellations made after
this time are at the restaurant’s discretion.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders, provided the issue is
reported within a reasonable time frame.

precautions, cross-contamination is possible. Please inform us of any severe allergies.
